Life goes on

It has almost been a month since mom passed away and life is getting back to normal. One of my bhabis is managing all the household chores, while my brother goes to work. Dad is getting better and I can now find time to sit on my laptop for longer durations.

My time here had been hectic so far. Coming home, spending time with guests, family, traveling. I've been to Peshawar twice already and we will again be going there on Eid. Got my documents for passport submitted and it was one big hassle which I do not want to tell here. Now I just want to spend more time at home, away from everything and everyone (not from family of course).

On the way to Peshawar as Abbu sleeps

Met with sameer in Peshawar and now I think I should change kutts facts to sameer facts, because sameer has expanded into a behemoth and will put kutts to shame. And as always, sameer had no idea and no clue as to what he plans to do in life. But as long as he keeps treating me to some free KFC dinners, I do not really mind his future plans as long as they contain me getting treats.

The time spent at my bro's place in Peshawar was fun. Got treated to many nice dinners and had a good time with bro and bhabi.

At home, Rafay, my nephew gets most of my attention. Right after the picture below, he managed to put his toe in his mouth and suck on it. Anything that he can get his hands on, ends up in his mouth, my neck, collar cheeks, fingers etc.

Rafaybatics

Asim Ghaffar came to meet me and took me to MacDonalds for a treat which I enjoyed. Here we are in front of Cinepax.

Beams and beaming smiles

Things go normal, they always do but the gap left by Ammi is still there and I do not think that it can ever be filled. Yet, we all go on and we must go on.
